Horvath is charged with multiple counts related to firearms possession by a convicted felon and possession of illegal weapons, with further charges pending for explosive devices. The investigation began in September, focusing on a potent kratom derivative called 7-OH. Horvath's business, "Overseas Organics," reportedly produced a substance 13 times more potent than morphine.
