The final member of a significant organized crime group involved in drug trafficking has been incarcerated. Danny Venning, aged 39, was sentenced to six years and nine months at Portsmouth Crown Court on Friday, marking the conclusion of the case against the 'Scouse Dave' network.
This criminal enterprise specialized in distributing class A drugs, specifically crack cocaine and heroin, to areas including Gosport in Hampshire and Plymouth in Devon. The operation was reportedly headed by two brothers who have already received their sentences earlier this year.
Earlier in the year, Anthony Siner, 38, was sentenced to 17 years and seven months after admitting to multiple counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs. His brother, Brian Siner, 42, received a 15-year and nine-month sentence for his involvement in two similar conspiracy charges.
