He allegedly believed this action had tarnished the family's reputation. During a heated argument, Rathore is said to have used a sickle to attack Muskan, who died instantly.
Muskan's mother, Pushpa Devi, sustained critical injuries when she attempted to shield her daughter during the assault. She was initially taken to a local trauma center and later transferred to a medical facility in Agra, where her condition is described as critical.
The brother of the deceased has filed a complaint against the accused father, leading to Rathore's arrest. An FIR has been registered, and the weapon used in the crime has been recovered by the authorities.
