An EMT was fatally struck in Milwaukee on January 15th after his vehicle was hit by a pickup truck allegedly involved in street racing. The pickup driver, identified as Dayton Milligan, has a prior conviction for vehicular homicide and hit-and-run causing death.
Witnesses reported seeing three vehicles racing at speeds nearing 80 mph. Milligan's truck was found to have been traveling at 106 mph moments before colliding with the SUV driven by 34-year-old EMT Meng Kue. Milligan allegedly fled the scene with the help of Earl Gordon.
Milligan was arrested on January 16th, and Gordon was arrested on January 19th. Milligan faces multiple charges, including hit-and-run resulting in death. Gordon is charged with hit-and-run and harboring a felon.
