7 Charged in Fatal Ditch Crash After Man's Death

Seven individuals have been charged and appeared in court following a fatal road traffic collision in Lincolnshire. The incident, which occurred on November 24, 2023, at Counter Drain Drove, Tongue End, resulted in the death of Sean Burlton, a passenger in a car that overturned into a water-filled ditch.
Bailey Fitzgerald and Sam Johnson face serious accusations, including manslaughter and causing death by dangerous driving in relation to Mr. Burlton's death.
