- Wife allegedly killed husband and son during a family trip.
- Defendant accused of draining husband's 401(k) for expenses.

A former teacher remembers Charles Harrison, who she taught two decades ago, as a respectful and sweet student who was always smiling. Tragically, Charles, 36, and his three-year-old son, Tristan, were allegedly killed by his wife, Metallica Rose Harrison, 27, on October 12 during a family trip to the Great Wolf Lodge in Pennsylvania.
Metallica reportedly called 911 to report the murders and express suicidal intent. Upon arrival, police found Charles and Tristan had allegedly been stabbed to death, while Metallica had sustained self-inflicted wounds. She has been taken into custody and charged with two counts of criminal homicide.
Following the incident, it was revealed that Metallica allegedly withdrew Charles' 401(k) funds. These funds were reportedly used to cover the three-week trip to the Great Wolf Lodge, a kitchen remodel, and other expenses. Financial strain was noted in the months leading up to the tragedy. Separately, Capital One had filed a civil complaint against Metallica for $11,824.36, a debt she was ordered to pay in full.
As of the time of publication, Metallica had not yet entered a plea or retained legal counsel.
