Delhi Police Bust Fake Protein Supplement Racket

In a significant crackdown, Delhi Police's Crime Branch has arrested two men for allegedly manufacturing and supplying counterfeit protein supplements across Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR). The accused, identified as Mohit Tiwari and Mohit Dixit, operated clandestine units mixing various raw materials.
These illegal operations involved repackaging the illicit products in containers bearing labels of well-known brands, posing potential health dangers to unsuspecting consumers. During the raid on March 6, police seized around 100 kg of fake protein supplements and 55 kg of raw materials.
Authorities also confiscated packaging materials, including brand stickers and seals, alongside two mixing machines and weighing scales. The investigation is ongoing to identify further associates and dismantle the entire supply chain of these dangerous counterfeit goods.
