A man identified as Dhaval Kawad has been arrested in Vadodara by the Special Operations Group (SOG) for allegedly practicing medicine without a medical degree. The arrest occurred on Thursday after police received an anonymous tip regarding Kawad's clinic in the Gajrawadi area.
Upon raiding the clinic, authorities found a range of allopathic medicines, including antibiotics and syrups, along with medical equipment like a stethoscope. Kawad, originally from Bhavnagar, could not provide any valid medical qualifications when asked by the SOG. He is now under police custody, and investigations are ongoing to uncover any prior incidents of practicing without a license.
