Coleen Lamarre, 63, the mother of a former police officer charged with the murders of Luke Davies and Jesse Baird, has been arrested. Lamarre was charged with perverting the course of justice for allegedly trying to influence a key witness in her son's trial. She previously worked for NSW police and was refused bail, set to appear in court.
Her son, Beaumont Lamarre-Condon, is accused of fatally shooting Baird, 26, and Davies, 29, approximately two years ago. The couple's bodies were discovered on February 27, 2024, concealed in surfboard bags at a rural property near Goulburn. Lamarre-Condon, who was dismissed from the New South Wales police force shortly after the alleged murders, is currently in custody.
