A former police officer, Dennis Turner, lost his life last week during a domestic dispute, authorities confirmed. Turner, who had a 24-year career before his termination in 2019, was killed at a residence owned by his father-in-law, Jeffery London. The incident reportedly stemmed from an argument between the two men.
Investigators indicated that the dispute may have been exacerbated by alcohol consumption before London allegedly shot Turner multiple times in the chest. Turner's wife was present and witnessed the fatal shooting. The exact cause of the argument remains unclear.
