Summary

Beau Lamarre-Condon, 31, has pleaded not guilty to the murders of Jesse Baird, 26, and his partner Luke Davies, 29, who were fatally shot on February 19, 2024. His defense claims self-defense, stating a struggle ensued when Baird did not recognize Lamarre-Condon disguised as a delivery driver.
The prosecution argues Lamarre-Condon was infatuated with Baird and planned the killings. The court heard audio of three gunshots. Afterward, Lamarre-Condon allegedly began cleaning the scene and confessing to a friend.
He is accused of attempting to conceal the bodies by placing them in surfboard bags filled with concrete and weights, eventually dumping them near a monastery. The bodies were discovered eight days later.
