French authorities have identified additional potential recruiters associated with the Jeffrey Epstein network.
Paris prosecutors revealed that their investigations are uncovering more names connected to Epstein's alleged recruitment operations. The complexity of the network has been emphasized, with investigators needing to pursue numerous leads.
Two distinct probes are actively underway. One focuses on human trafficking and recruitment, while the other investigates potential money laundering and tax fraud. These investigations were initiated following the release of numerous Epstein-related documents in the United States.
The scope of these inquiries now extends beyond France to include New York and popular locations on the French Riviera, such as Saint-Tropez and Cannes. These areas are believed to have been central to parts of Epstein's operations.
Investigators have so far identified 26 victims, with 13 individuals previously not appearing in any Epstein-related case. Efforts are ongoing to interview eight more potential victims, some of whom may be residing abroad.
France was a significant location for Epstein, who owned a Paris apartment where young women reportedly visited for massages. Previous investigations in France centered on modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel and modeling scout Daniel Siad, both of whom have since died.
