Summary
- Kimberly Scott charged with DUI and leaving accident scene.
- Her teenage son and his friends were reportedly passengers.
- Alleged incident involved hitting a parked car and her garage.

Kimberly Scott, the former wife of rapper Eminem, has been charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop or identify after causing property damage. These charges stem from an alleged incident on Monday, February 16, around 8 p.m. ET.
Sources indicate that Scott was driving her Range Rover with her teenage son, Parker, and three of his friends as passengers when the alleged crash occurred. The group was reportedly heading out for shopping.
During the outing, Scott allegedly struck a parked car and, instead of stopping, continued driving. She then reportedly returned home, where she is accused of crashing into her garage door.
A photograph obtained showed damage to Scott's white Range Rover and her partially caved-in garage door. A neighbor reportedly called the police after witnessing the incident. Scott was taken to the hospital for unspecified injuries and discharged early Tuesday morning.
Scott's attorney, Michael Smith, stated that his client had not been arrested as of Tuesday and he was unaware of an active warrant. He added that Scott would turn herself in if a warrant were issued.
