Larry Sieff, a 72-year-old man from Lower Burrell, is facing criminal charges after a drug investigation. The North Huntingdon Police Department alleges Sieff was involved in transporting and selling substantial amounts of heroin and fentanyl. His alleged operations spanned across Allegheny and Westmoreland counties.
The investigation commenced after police received information that Sieff was living in an RV camper in Adamsburg and was engaged in selling heroin and fentanyl. Undercover officers executed a series of controlled drug buys with Sieff over May and June.
During these operations, undercover officers purchased multiple "bricks" of heroin and fentanyl from Sieff. In one instance, Sieff kept two bricks for himself as payment for arranging the transaction. Sieff also facilitated a separate deal involving crack cocaine.
All recovered narcotics are undergoing laboratory analysis. An active arrest warrant has been issued for Sieff's arrest.
