Richard, who was part of Combs' groups Danity Kane and Diddy -- Dirty Money from 2004 to 2012, previously testified in a trial where Combs was convicted of prostitution-related charges. Her lawsuit detailed years of alleged abuse, manipulation, and violence during her association with Combs.
Allegations in the lawsuit included being deprived of food and sleep, being subjected to verbal abuse, and witnessing violent outbursts and abuse against his girlfriend, Casandra 'Cassie' Ventura.
