A delivery executive has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a customer and breaking his nose following a dispute that occurred in Bengaluru. The incident took place in the early hours of March 7 when the executive, identified as Dhanush alias Joseph, arrived at the customer's apartment complex in Koramangala VIII Block around 2 AM.
According to the complaint filed by Paul J, a private company employee, the delivery agent went to the fourth floor instead of the customer's second-floor residence. When Paul directed him to the correct floor, Dhanush allegedly became abusive, leading to a heated argument.
During the altercation, Dhanush reportedly punched Paul in the face, resulting in a broken nose and other facial injuries. The delivery executive fled the scene after the assault. Police have booked Dhanush and he has been remanded to judicial custody.
