Dakota Files Protective Order Against Taylor Amid Abuse Claims

Dakota has filed for a protective order in Utah, outlining serious allegations against Taylor concerning incidents on February 23 and 24, 2026. He claims that during an argument at her home, Taylor choked him, shoved him into a window, and struck him while their son, Ever, was present.

Further claims detail that Dakota had to manipulate a 911 call at Taylor's request, as she allegedly pressured him to report the child was ill rather than report the domestic disturbance. He described the situation as chaotic and frightening, citing Taylor's volatile emotional state and self-harm threats.

Dakota alleges that on the following night, February 24, 2026, Taylor threw his phone and physically prevented him from leaving her home. He states she then entered his truck and attacked him, grabbing his face and throwing a drink on him, all while their child was inside.

Dakota asserts he suffered bruises and lacerations from these encounters. He also brought up Taylor's 2023 arrest for assault, where she faced accusations of throwing chairs at him. He is seeking temporary custody of Ever and restrictions on Taylor's alcohol and drug use.

Notably, Taylor's ex-husband, Tate Paul, was also reportedly at the Utah courthouse seeking a separate protective order against Taylor on the same day. An active Utah Division of Child and Family Services investigation is reportedly tied to the situation.
