Neo Langston, a man personally connected to R&B singer D4vd, has been arrested on an out-of-state warrant after failing to appear as a witness. His apprehension occurred on Thursday, January 22, and he was transferred to the LAPD.
The case involves the mysterious death of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas, whose decomposing body was found on September 8, 2025. Her body was discovered in the trunk of a car registered to D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke.
Celeste's mother indicated that Celeste had a boyfriend named David and that both she and the singer reportedly had matching "Shhhh" finger tattoos. D4vd was officially named a suspect in November 2025.
The LAPD has stated that Celeste's body had likely been dead for several weeks before discovery. They are currently investigating D4vd's travel to the Santa Barbara area in Spring 2025. D4vd himself has not been arrested in connection with the case.
