An ex-girlfriend has filed a lawsuit accusing "Back to the Future" star Crispin Glover of battery, assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The complaint details a series of incidents where the U.K. model claims she was "held captive and used for sex and free labor" by Glover.
According to the filing, the model met Glover in 2015, with a personal meeting occurring eight years later in Germany. She alleges Glover displayed Nazi memorabilia and "groomed" her with promises of a career and a new life if she moved to Los Angeles to be his assistant.
Once in California, the accuser claims Glover sought to control her, demanding she serve as a live-in girlfriend and sexual slave. She states she relied on him for money and shelter. On March 2, 2024, she alleges Glover locked her out of his home after she left for a mosque, and upon her return, he attacked her, choking her and leaving a scar on her neck.
In addition to battery and assault, Glover is accused of filing a false police report and a restraining order against the woman. Glover's representative vehemently denies the allegations, stating that on March 2, 2024, Glover was the victim of an "unprovoked felony assault" by the accuser, who was subsequently arrested. They assert the lawsuit is a "meritless fabrication" and plan to defend themselves vigorously.
