Couple Arrested for Murder of Former WWE Wrestler Kevin Nikel

Former WWE NXT performer Kevin Nikel, also known as Knuckles Madsen, was shot and killed earlier this year. His ex-wife, Amanda Penny, and her current boyfriend, Michael Hogue, have been arrested and charged with his murder. The divorce between Nikel and Penny was officially granted just three days before the shooting incident occurred.

Nikel was discovered with a gunshot wound to the abdomen in the Rogers, Arkansas, area in July and succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. Detectives have remained tight-lipped about the specifics of the event, leaving the victim's family seeking answers about the circumstances of his death.

Hogue and Penny are romantically involved, according to court documents. Penny, who is reportedly seven months pregnant, remains in custody. Nikel was also known for founding the Ozark Wrestling Academy and Ozark Mountain Wrestling promotion.
