11 Mar
Summary
- Elijah Allman, 49, faces burglary and assault charges in New Hampshire.
- Allman was arrested twice in less than a week for separate incidents.
- Cher previously sought conservatorship for her son's finances.

Elijah Allman, 49, son of singer Cher, is scheduled for a court hearing on Wednesday regarding allegations of breaking into a New Hampshire home on March 1. This marks his second arrest in under a week. Allman, from Malibu, California, was initially detained on February 27 for allegedly acting belligerently at St. Paul's School, a New Hampshire prep school.
Allman faces charges including two counts of criminal mischief, one count of burglary, and breach of bail for the March 1 incident, where he allegedly forcibly entered a home without permission. In the earlier incident at St. Paul's School, he was charged with misdemeanors like simple assault, criminal trespass, and threatening, along with disorderly conduct.
He is currently held in preventive detention at the Rockingham County Department of Corrections. In December 2023, Cher filed a petition for temporary conservatorship, citing her son's struggles with mental health and addiction, which she believes impair his ability to manage assets and pose a risk to his life. The petition was later denied by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge.
