Cousin Suspected in Chennai Woman's Terrace Murder

In Ramapuram, Chennai, a 37-year-old woman named Pushpa was discovered lifeless on her home's terrace on Wednesday morning. Her 16-year-old daughter found her when she went to search for her mother after waking up. Pushpa, who had been separated from her husband for a decade, was reportedly in a relationship with her cousin, Karthi, aged 40.
The daughter last saw Pushpa and Karthi conversing on the terrace around 11 PM on Tuesday night before she went to sleep. Police have initiated a murder investigation and are actively seeking Karthi, who was last seen with the victim. Pushpa's body was transported to K K Nagar government hospital for a post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death.
