Summary
- Footage shows Britney Spears allegedly failing sobriety tests.
- Drivers reported her erratic driving before the arrest.
- Spears admitted to one mimosa and prescription drug use.

Dashcam footage obtained recently allegedly shows Britney Spears struggling with a sobriety test during her March 4 DUI arrest. In the video, officers question Spears before placing her in handcuffs, with the singer inquiring about her phone.
Prior to the arrest, several drivers contacted authorities, reporting Spears' erratic driving in Ventura County. One caller described the BMW as swerving, braking suddenly, and nearly sideswiping other vehicles at high speeds.
Police reports indicated a distinct odor of alcohol from Spears' car, and she allegedly told an officer she had consumed one mimosa hours earlier, bragging about her high tolerance. She also claimed to be taking prescription mood stabilizers and antidepressants.
An officer found a purse containing Adderall pills not prescribed to Spears, along with an empty wine glass in the car's cup holder. Spears allegedly rated herself a 'zero' on a sobriety scale and was hesitant to perform field sobriety tests.
Following the arrest, Spears voluntarily entered rehab in April. Her legal representative accepted a "wet reckless" plea deal on May 4. As a result, Spears received one year of informal probation and must complete a 30-hour alcohol education program.
