Approximately 20 minutes later, a second woman was inappropriately touched and exposed to by the same individual on Bright Street. The suspect then allegedly exposed himself again on Courtney Street on Thursday afternoon.
Authorities describe the man as white, slim, in his late teens to early twenties, with dark hair. He was seen wearing different clothing across the incidents, including a hoodie, baggy jeans, and a black puffer coat.
Avon and Somerset Police are conducting house-to-house and CCTV inquiries. They are urging anyone with information to come forward, emphasizing that all reports are taken seriously to ensure public safety and address areas where women and girls may feel unsafe.
