6 Jul
Summary
- Stalker made 'murder on my mind' threats via voicemail.
- A decade-long campaign forced producer to sell family home.
- Stalker admitted stalking, restraining order breaches.

A persistent stalker, Daniel Wilson, targeted James Bond producer Barbara Broccoli for ten years, causing her significant distress.
Wilson's campaign, characterized by hundreds of messages and threatening voicemails, included a terrifying "I've got murder on my mind" message. This relentless behavior forced Ms Broccoli to sell her long-time family home and left her in constant fear.
Wilson admitted to stalking involving serious alarm or distress between April 2022 and February 2025. He also admitted to breaching a restraining order imposed in 2017 on two occasions.
Further criminal acts by Wilson include affray and criminal damage, where he smashed multiple car and hospital windows with a hammer in December 2023, causing thousands in damages. He was handed an indefinite hospital order for these offenses.
His condition was reportedly exacerbated by drug use, and he was still experiencing delusions about Ms Broccoli during court proceedings. Sentencing for the stalking and restraining order breaches was scheduled for later on Monday.
