To ensure ongoing contact, the High Court established a visitation schedule. The boy must now meet his grandmother on either the second or fourth Sunday of each month. The mother is responsible for accompanying the child or ensuring his transport. With these arrangements in place, the court substantially granted the petitioner's request and disposed of the case.
