Investigators allege that Zoheb Khan, posing as a doctor, promoted the false claim that a teenage boy's testicles could be sold for Rs 1.20 crore. The victim, who sold pens and keychains, was reportedly lured with Rs 100 on August 6 and taken to an isolated location.
