Dominica Rocked by Shocking Double Murder, Justice Eludes Victims' Families

In December 2023, a shocking double murder rocked the small island nation of Dominica. Canadian ex-pat couple Daniel Langlois and Dominique Marchand, known as the "patron saints" of the island for their extensive philanthropic work, were found shot and killed in their burned-out car.
