- He was diagnosed with delusional disorder and "grandiose delusions".
- Victim suffered panic attacks and her business halted.

A British man, Rob Keating, 40, received a hospital order with a restriction order for stalking US travel influencer Alexandra Saper. Keating pursued Ms. Saper to Bali after bombarding her with intense, aggressive, and sexual emails and videos. He explicitly stated he would do "whatever was necessary" to be with her, including kidnapping.
Diagnosed with a delusional disorder involving "grandiose delusions," Keating believed he could "change the world." Psychiatrists noted his lack of insight and empathy. The victim, who has over 100,000 Instagram followers, experienced severe panic attacks, fled her home and Bali, and saw her business halt due to the prolonged harassment.
Keating was convicted of two stalking offenses involving fear of violence. Despite being arrested upon his return to the UK in March 2023, he contacted Ms. Saper again over a year later, sending flight screenshots to Bali, leading to his rearrest in November 2024. The judge emphasized protecting the public and Ms. Saper as the primary concern.
