22 Jun
Summary
- Singer caused over $16,000 in hotel damages.
- Warrant issued after failed attempts to contact him.
- Incident occurred before a canceled concert in May.

An arrest warrant was issued on June 18 for country singer Bailey Zimmerman after he allegedly caused more than $16,000 in damage to a New Mexico hotel room. The singer faces a felony charge for criminal damage to property exceeding $1,000 and a misdemeanor for falsely obtaining services.
The incident occurred on May 27, the same day Zimmerman was scheduled to perform in Albuquerque but canceled due to illness. Affidavits suggest Zimmerman exhibited signs of intoxication before his scheduled sound check, engaging in disruptive behavior.
Following the sound check, Zimmerman allegedly returned to his hotel room, where extensive damage was later discovered. This included a broken phone, damaged TV, chairs, a coffee table, and a hole in the wall. He also allegedly incurred $400 in room charges for alcohol.
After repeated unsuccessful attempts to reach Zimmerman regarding the damages, the resort contacted authorities. The singer has a history of issues, including a previous apology for performing while intoxicated in January 2025.
