Highland Duo Arrested in Moreno Valley Homicide

A homicide investigation in Moreno Valley has led to the arrest of two individuals from Highland. Marquise Hall, aged 34, and Tyiesha Sweeney, aged 28, were apprehended on Wednesday, December 3. They are accused of involvement in the fatal shooting of Cesar Gaitan, 57, on November 27.
The Riverside Sheriff's Office homicide investigators, along with the Riverside County District Attorney's Gang Impact Team, were instrumental in locating the suspects. The deadly incident took place in the 13000 block of Heacock Street. Investigators have not yet disclosed the motive behind the alleged crime.
Hall has been booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center and faces a murder charge. Sweeney was booked for accessory to murder. The investigation is ongoing, with further details expected as the case proceeds through the justice system.
