Arizona Parents Jailed for Locking Children in Feces-Filled Room

In Glendale, Arizona, a couple is facing felony child abuse charges following a welfare check that uncovered horrific living conditions for their two sons. Sara and Arthur Jackson, aged 36 and 41, allegedly kept their 4 and 6-year-old sons confined to a feces-smeared room 24 hours a day.
