Gangster Anmol Bishnoi Seeks Fair Trial in Salman Khan Firing Case

Gangster Anmol Bishnoi, currently incarcerated in Tihar Jail, has formally requested to surrender before a special court in Mumbai. This plea is specifically for his involvement as a wanted accused in the 2024 firing incident outside actor Salman Khan's residence. Bishnoi, who was deported from the United States in November 2023, is seeking to join the judicial proceedings to ensure a fair trial.

In his application, Bishnoi emphasized that he is already under the legal custody of the National Investigation Agency for other matters. He stated that a court order is necessary for him to appear physically or virtually. The gangster aims to expedite the legal process and prevent any misuse of the law by formally recording his surrender. The trial has already commenced, with three witnesses having testified in his absence.
