Marina Kazakova, 42, is alleged to have failed to return Maxence to his father on June 30, 2026, in violation of a court-ordered custody agreement. Police suspect Kazakova has fled with the infant to an undisclosed location.
Kazakova is reportedly driving a white 2016 Mazda CX-5 SUV with California license plate 7SJW989. This vehicle was last observed in the Kern County area. Maxence is described as a bald infant with blue eyes, weighing approximately 16 pounds.
Kazakova is approximately 5-foot-6, weighs about 128 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Maxence or Kazakova is urgently requested to dial 911.
