Washington State Patrol has issued an AMBER Alert for two children, Harmoni Collins, 5, and D'onte Petway, 5 months, who were last seen in Burien. They were taken without permission by Tilla Castillo, 31, from 11th Avenue SW around noon on December 13, 2025. Both children have brown hair and brown eyes. Harmoni was last seen wearing a hoodie, jeans, and black and white Nikes.
Castillo is described as 5'7" and approximately 184 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. The group is believed to be traveling in a black 1997 Toyota Camry, license plate number CSG6263. Authorities are concerned for the children's safety and believe they are in danger.
Law enforcement is actively searching for the children and the vehicle. Anyone with information or who spots Harmoni, D'onte, Castillo, or the Toyota Camry is urged to contact 911 immediately. All three are considered to be at risk.
