Special public prosecutor Sanjeev Kumar Tiwari stated that the prosecution presented 17 witnesses and 23 documents, including the crucial forensic report, to prove the father's guilt beyond doubt.
In addition to the lengthy prison term, the court also imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on the convicted man. This case serves as a stark reminder of the urgent need to protect vulnerable children from sexual predators, even within their own families.
