During the confrontation, academy staff were subjected to verbal abuse and physical assault. One staff member reported being grabbed by the neck, pushed, and injured on the knee while attempting to intervene. A senior choreographer was reportedly pulled by her hair and pushed against a wall, sustaining an injury near her eye.
