An advocate, Manish Kumar Gond, tragically died in a road accident near Kathauta Crossing in Lucknow's Vibhuti Khand area. His family received a distressing call around 2 AM on October 30th, informing them of the accident and urging them to come to the scene. Upon arrival at the hospital, they were informed that Manish had succumbed to his injuries.
Further investigation by the family revealed suspicious evidence on the advocate's mobile phone: photographs of three unidentified men on a black Royal Enfield motorcycle. An image of the motorcycle's registration plate was also found. Driven by these discoveries, the advocate's brother, Satish Kumar Gond, has urged the police to explore whether these individuals are connected to the incident.
Based on the complaint, the Vibhuti Khand police have initiated a case under Section 106(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, against unknown persons. The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to establish the facts surrounding the advocate's death and the potential involvement of the individuals captured in the photographs.
