23 Jan
Summary
- Accused allegedly committed murders weeks after bail for stalking.
- Victims included ex-girlfriend, her unborn baby, and two others.
- Suspect is a known domestic violence offender, currently at large.

In a shocking turn of events, a man accused of four murders, including his ex-girlfriend and her unborn child, had been granted bail weeks before the alleged killings. The 37-year-old suspect was previously before Lake Cargelligo Local Court on charges of stalking, intimidation, and assault.
Despite a restraining order and a history as a domestic violence offender, he was released on bail. Tragically, approximately seven weeks later, he allegedly shot and killed his ex-girlfriend, her unborn son, her current boyfriend, and her aunt. A 19-year-old also sustained serious injuries.
A large-scale manhunt is underway in the central-west New South Wales town of Lake Cargelligo for the suspect. Authorities have described the incident as domestic violence-related and are seeking public assistance to locate him and his distinctive Ford Ranger utility vehicle.
