Abohar Court Shootout: Main Accused Arrested

The Fazilka police announced on Friday the apprehension of four individuals, including the primary suspect, in the shooting incident that resulted in a youth's death at the Abohar court complex. The arrests occurred on Thursday night, bringing an initial resolution to the public shooting.
The accused have been identified by authorities as Gagandeep Singh, also known as Gaggi Lahoria, along with Sushil Kharagwal, Vishu Nanda, and Aman alias Tota. A First Information Report was previously filed based on the victim's father's complaint, naming eight individuals and several unidentified suspects.
According to police, Gaggi Lahoria is considered the main instigator and allegedly posted a video on Instagram shortly after the shooting, admitting to the killing. He stated that the victim and his associates had attacked him previously and were issuing death threats, which he cited as the motive. The victim was shot in the court complex's parking area on Thursday morning following a court hearing. The police are continuing their investigation to locate the weapon and vehicle involved, and anticipate further arrests.
