Upon stopping, he failed a cannabis drug wipe, and his car was discovered to be fitted with fraudulent registration plates. He subsequently pleaded guilty to several offenses, including dangerous driving and using cloned plates.
At Salisbury Crown Court, Moore was sentenced to eight months in prison and disqualified from driving for three years and four months. Police highlighted that the sentence reflects the serious risks Moore posed to other road users through his dangerous driving and excessive speed during the prolonged pursuit.
