Joshua Springer has been sentenced to 21 years in jail for sex crimes against vulnerable individuals. The crimes were committed against three women with dementia at an elderly care home in the Stamford area. A fourth victim in North Yorkshire was also targeted.
Springer, who also admitted to making indecent images of children, was sentenced at Lincoln Crown Court. Detectives from the East Midlands Special Operations Unit believe there may be other victims who have not yet reported Springer, also known as Joshua Kearney. Authorities are urging anyone affected to contact Lincolnshire Police or Crimestoppers.
