In 2025, UAE-based real estate developer BNW Developments, promoted by Ankur Aggarwal and Vivek Anand Oberoi, announced plans to launch projects worth $20 billion in 2026. The company has already launched $10 billion worth of projects and currently has 30 projects in its portfolio.
BNW Developments plans to add 10-15 more projects to its pipeline by next year. The company is focused on acquiring ready-to-move-in buildings in Dubai, refurbishing them, and reselling them. Aggarwal, the chairman and founder of BNW Developments, stated that there is a demand-supply gap in the region, and these projects are important to address it.
The company has also recently entered into a collaboration with FashionTV to launch a branded residential development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, an area that is undergoing rapid development and positioning itself as a hub for tourism, investment, and luxury real estate within the UAE. Ras Al Khaimah is expected to see 8 million visitors annually by 2027, and BNW Developments is aiming to capitalize on the growing demand for branded residences in the region.
