The company's net interest income also saw a substantial 37.6% rise, reaching ₹5,666 crore. Notably, REC Ltd has announced an interim dividend of ₹4.60 per share for the fiscal year 2026.
Elsewhere, Adani Enterprises, the flagship firm of the Gautam Adani-led group, has inked agreements with MetTube Mauritius to form a 50:50 joint venture in the copper tubes segment. This move involves stake swaps in the company's subsidiaries, KCTL and MCIPL.
In the technology sector, Cyient Ltd, a domestic firm, has reported a 6.88% year-over-year rise in its Q1 net profit, which reached ₹153.8 crore. The company's revenue from operations also grew by 4.99% to ₹1,781.5 crore compared to the same period last year.
