The upcoming project will comprise over 1 million square feet of Grade A office space and a 225-key 5-star deluxe hotel. According to Brigade, this development reflects the company's vision to create high-value, future-ready assets that elevate Chennai's urban and commercial landscape.
"Chennai continues to be a key component of our growth strategy, and this long-term lease underscores our commitment to strengthen our presence in the city's most promising corridors," said Pradyumna Krishna Kumar, Executive Director at Brigade Enterprises. He noted that the Tharamani-OMR belt has seen significant infrastructure growth driven by the presence of large technology companies, educational institutions, retail spaces, hospitals, and residential developments.
