The development plan includes transforming the historic farmhouse and associated barns into a luxury guest accommodation. This ambitious project aims to address substantial structural defects within the listed building, facilitating its much-needed repair for the future.
The proposed hotel would offer 15 guest bedrooms, alongside six boutique accommodation pods. Guests will also have access to amenities such as a restaurant, a swimming pool, and a spa. The plans also include the creation of orchards and extensions to existing outbuildings, as well as a dedicated parking area.
