Walmart Summit Empowers Indian Exporters

Walmart Marketplace, in partnership with the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), hosted the Walmart Growth Summit: India Seller Day in Coimbatore on Friday. This summit was designed to equip small and medium exporters with essential knowledge and best practices for engaging in cross-border trade, while also fostering valuable networking connections.

Coimbatore, a significant hub for export-oriented enterprises with substantial apparel and home textile exports, was the chosen location to underscore global opportunities for local sellers. Senior leaders stressed the importance of empowering district-level exporters to participate in global e-commerce, with Walmart Marketplace offering crucial support to MSMEs.

The summit showcased successful entrepreneurs from Tamil Nadu who have expanded their reach internationally through Walmart Marketplace.
