In the third quarter of FY26, Waaree Energies demonstrated strong growth, with consolidated total income rising by 119% year-on-year to Rs 7,761.23 crore. Net profit also saw a substantial increase of 118.35% year-on-year, reaching Rs 1,106.79 crore. The company's portfolio includes solar modules, EPC services, inverters, energy storage systems, and green hydrogen solutions.
Meanwhile, the trading window for company insiders has been closed since April 1 and will remain so for 48 hours following the board meeting, in adherence to SEBI's regulations against insider trading. The company has yet to announce the schedule for an investor earnings call.
