- Company aims for a 24-26% CAGR over the next five years.
- New EV products and expanded tractor portfolio to drive growth.

VST Tillers Tractors has set an ambitious revenue target of ₹3,000 crore by FY30, which necessitates a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of approximately 24-26% over the next four to five years. The company is poised to sustain its growth trajectory through strategic new product introductions. These include electric tillers, electric weeders, and an innovative product positioned between tillers and tractors, alongside an expanded tractor line-up launched in Q4 FY26 and scaling up this quarter.
CEO Antony Cherukara acknowledges near-term uncertainties, including potential disruptions from geopolitical tensions impacting supply chains, as experienced recently. Concerns about a potentially weak monsoon also contribute to a challenging outlook for the coming year. However, the company is confident in its long-term roadmap, having already achieved a similar growth pace in the previous year.
Underlying demand remains healthy, particularly from the small and marginal farmer segment, which shows increasing mechanization. Cherukara noted that current challenges are primarily supply-led. Even a slightly below-normal monsoon is expected to support mechanization trends, supported by healthy reservoir levels. VST Tillers concluded FY26 with strong performance in power tillers and weeders, driven by rising mechanization among its core customer base.
