VMS TMT Limited announced strong financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company reported a total income of ₹84,019.95 lakh (₹840.20 crore) for FY26, accompanied by an EBITDA of ₹6,231.85 lakh (₹62.32 crore).
This fiscal year saw a net profit of ₹2,103.36 lakh (₹21.03 crore). The fourth quarter of FY26 also demonstrated positive momentum, with total income amounting to ₹24,135.49 lakh (₹241.35 crore) and a net profit of ₹228.99 lakh (₹2.29 crore).
Significant business highlights for FY26 include the successful commissioning of a billet manufacturing plant, enhancing backward integration and cost efficiencies. The company expanded its dealer network across Gujarat to over 227 dealers and 3 distributors under the Kamdhenu brand.
Further contributing to operational efficiency, VMS TMT progressed on a 15 MW captive solar power plant. The company also secured over 10,000 MT of orders valued at approximately ₹46 crore during the festive season, reflecting sustained market demand.
